Madeline helped me buy a house in Eugene. She was extremely helpful & always available when I had questions. She immediately set up email alerts with houses with my search criteria & when I saw one I liked, she scheduled a tour right away. We saw a few houses, with her answering questions I had about the house or contacting their realtor to get the answer. When I found the one I loved, she was quick to help me put in an offer. She never pressured me on price and gave me all my options for what/how to put in an offer, counteroffer, escalation clauses, etc. When I bought my house, she sent me many helpful reminder emails with lists of what I needed to do during the closing process (it's a lot of pieces coming together quickly). There was a small issue with the people I bought from when they were moving out and Madeline handled it for me. I felt very comfortable asking her to handle things for me & I appreciate all her hard work!
