Zingaro is the collection of people behind the big red food truck at Beergarden and the kitchen at The Drake. We specialize in out-of-the-box cooking... creating unique burgers and hot dogs, crazy concoctions of poutine, and what ever else catches our fancy.

We try to keep things as local as we can. The meat for our burgers comes from Benedetti’s Meat Market. Buns and pretzels are provided by Reality Kitchen and we now have gluten free options from Elegant Elephant Baking Co!

The burgers range from classics like a BBQ Bacon or Chicken BLT to something unique like our own creation, The Billy. This one pays homage to some of our roots in New Mexico and has New Mexico Hatch green chilis, jalapeño, pickled jalapeño, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pepper jack cheese all dressed with “Billy sauce” and Sriracha mustard.

From the beginning we’ve strived to be sustainable -our first fry oil was even given to a teacher in Albuquerque, NM who would make it into biodiesel to run his car. We use compostable containers and are constantly looking for ways to reduce waste.
